"Little Melody for the Girl Down Under"
Just a little acoustic piece that was put down in about 15 minutes...that's the best way to do it. It's one of those pieces that needs developing. I hope to do that! Working with young players affords me endless opportunities to witness incredible talent at very young ages. It's quite amazing and humbling. Trying to be encouraging and motivating to them can be a challenge, as insecurity, personal demons, and miscalculations with life situations can cause many to fall and give up on their talent. My hope for this particular talent is that it doesn't happen and the move forward continues. For those of us who fight the good fight for young players, it's motivating to see that many of those who have "the gift", share it.
