The Best Womens LEG and BUTT Workout

We started off focusing on the thighs with the slow isolated squats. We then did box jumps. Do 3 sets of each workout with 1-=20 reps. We then did slow isolated lunges followed by the box jump lunges. The lunges really focus on tightening your butt.
